We ship anywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside Canada at this time.
Processing
Every bag is packed fresh to order. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $12 and Express is $20. Orders over $75 ship free with Standard shipping. Your exact options are shown at checkout.
Returns
Because our products are food and every bag is packed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Freeze-dried fruit is delicate. If your order arrives damaged, has the wrong picks, is missing something, or tracking shows it as lost, email us at hammercalc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your bag hasn't been packed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to help.
