Ordering
How does Build-a-Bag work?
Choose a 125 g, 250 g or 500 g bag, then fill it with 25 g picks. Mix as many fruits as you like, or double up on your favourites. The Add to cart button unlocks once your bag is full.
Can I pick the same thing more than once?
Yes. Doubles (and triples) are welcome. A 500 g bag of nothing but strawberries is allowed.
Is every bag packed to order?
Yes. We weigh and pack every bag fresh after you order it.
The fruit
What is freeze-dried fruit?
Real fruit with almost all the water removed at very low temperatures. It keeps its shape, colour and flavour and turns light and crunchy, a bit like a chip that melts in your mouth.
Which fruits can I choose?
14 in total: strawberry slices, sweet strawberry bites, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple crisps and bites, dragon fruit, passion fruit, coconut chips, lime, apple, pear and fig. See them all on our picks page.
Is it just fruit?
Yes, every pick is fruit. Most are 100% fruit with nothing added. A few are different: the Sweet Strawberry Bites and Coconut Chips are lightly sweetened, and the Passion Fruit Bites have a few added ingredients. Tap the i on any pick in the builder to see its full ingredients.
What about allergens?
Our fruit is packed in a facility that also handles milk products, so every pick may contain milk. Ingredients and allergens for your mix are printed on your bag's label. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
How do I keep it crunchy?
Keep the pouch sealed and away from humidity. After opening, press the zipper closed tight. Freeze-dried fruit softens when it pulls moisture from the air.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside Canada at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and bag size, and it's free on orders over $75.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
